    Job duties:

  • Purchasing Coordinator
    Facility Gateway Corporation is a dynamic, multi-divisional, rapidly growing company seeking a Purchasing Coordinator in our corporate offices located in McFarland, Wisconsin.

    Job duties:
    This position is responsible for the daily flow of purchase requisitions, sales orders and purchase orders throughout the organization.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Receipt of business opportunity/sale and subsequent creation of project details in online tracking system
    • Confirm that all facets of the Purchase Order to SO details meet FGC guidelines, including credit
    • Responsible for the verification of New Business/Portfolio designations for sales
    • Execute an appropriate Sales Order from the customer PO
    • Advise the projects group that the PO & SO documents are created and they may proceed
    • Create a PO to FGC vendor, sending the appropriate department and individual to coordinate shipping and delivery
    • Deliver required customer PO acknowledgements
    • Forward Sales Order to appropriate FGC sales staff
    • Create P & L detailing project costs for tracking and commission processes
    • Responsible to resolve invoice to PO discrepancies and variances data; revising P & L as required
    • Escalate current customer credit concerns to credit staff
    • Verify proper sales tax exemption documentation exists at the time of the PO to SO process/obtain if not current

    Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Accounting Supervisor
    Facility Gateway Corporation is a dynamic, multi-divisional, rapidly growing company seeking an Accounting Supervisor in our corporate offices located in McFarland, Wisconsin.

    Job duties:
    This position is responsible for accurately managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting division.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records, including, but not limited to, cash receipts, expenditures, investments, purchasing, inventory, and assets
    • Assists in the development and maintenance of financial reporting systems to insure integrity of finances based on sound accounting procedures and controls
    • Reconciles bank accounts and verify the bank balance with the general ledger
    • Supervises all month-end and year-end accounting procedures including preparation and entry of journal entries for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and General Ledger computer systems
    • Supervises Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing and Credit staff; ensure proper segregation of duties among staff members
    • Publish monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP, monthly statements must be published by the 10th day of each month
    • Provide appropriate documentation to facilitate the company's annual budgeting process
    • Coordinate, analyze, reconcile, and prepare journal entries, invoices, balance sheet, and profit and loss accounts for month-end and year-end closing
    • Coordinate documentation to meet the requirements of the annual audit by an independent CPA firm
    • Direct and maintain storage and retention of financial documents and reports in accord with federal and state regulations and of the external CPA firm
    • Create and regularly review inventory and assets to ensure proper recording and balance sheet
    • Prepare and submit monthly Sales and Use Tax returns to proper regulating bodies

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in general accounting, auditing, cost accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis

  • Emergency Service Administrator
    Facility Gateway Corporation is a dynamic, multi-divisional, rapidly growing company seeking an Emergency Service Administrator in our corporate offices located in McFarland, Wisconsin.

    Job duties:
    This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the emergency calls that occur during the business week; the procurement and delivery of parts needed for those calls, and required tools.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Responsible for receiving inbound emergency service calls from emergency call center
    • This position require 24/7/365 connectivity to corporate through smart phone and remote access
    • This position requires some weekend and night work
    • Prioritize emergency calls; obtaining additional department support as needed
    • Gather all information required to provide triage phone support. Utilize FGC internal software to determine coverage and required response time, and from the customer gather an understanding of the current problem that needs service as well as the site location and access information
    • Document any required reporting in Facility Keys and Goldmine/other FGC reporting
    • Provide the technical knowledge necessary to resolve the immediate emergency situation with the customer
    • If unable to resolve the current issue, assure customer that FGC will manage all aspects of the emergency on their site once you have received all of the information required, including primary and secondary contact information.
    • Provide a person to person hand off for the customer to the scheduler, who will arrange for our local service provider to come onsite to resolve the customer's issue
    • Work with schedulers to relay schedule information to customer
    • Work with schedulers to upload event information into keys
    • Complete a RCA (root cause analysis) if requested by customer
    • Utilize knowledge gained from this event to provide emergency how-to to FGC service staff, update manuals as necessary, etc.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree or Technical Training
    • HSE Safety training and leadership a plus
    • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in emergency services, preventive maintenance, critical power
    • Excellent customer relations skills
    • Previous experience in customer service, production controls and shipping preferred
    • Working knowledge of critical power, subcontracting
    • Understanding of financial or project analysis
