Our mission critical facility support team will ensure that your critical power and critical cooling equipment is 100% on-line, by implementing and managing a tailored maintenance program that will incorporate your business philosophy.
HOW WE ASSESS YOUR NEEDS TOGETHER -
Our service team starts by communicating on-site with your IT and Facility Managers to learn your goals and maintenance program objectives. We then create a detailed business proposal to meet your specific needs. We then leverage our vendor network to implement your custom service program, which can include any of your preferred vendors in the new contract. Our job is to oversee your method of procedures (MOP), standard operating procedures (SOP), and comprehensive service program to ensure all vendors are performing to your standard. We continually hold them accountable through vendor score carding and review, so you don’t have to worry.
ASSET PORTFOLIOS - Through our extensive post-PM technical review, we will examine your asset portfolio and field service reports to perform life cycle assessments in consideration of capital budgeting requirements and cost saving opportunities, throughout your equipment list.
MAINTENANCE SUPPORT - During any emergency call 24/7/365, our National Operations Center will assess, dispatch, and oversee equipment emergency issues quickly and accurately. We also provide field service reports (FSR) and root cause analysis (RCA), post emergency call. We also implement necessary next actions with any pre-approved vendors and field engineers. All MOPs and SOPs are followed 100% of the time.
HYBRID CONTRACTS - Our service team can design a hybrid maintenance contract for all major asset categories to include UPS systems, battery, power generators, switchgear, HVAC cooling systems, fire suppression and other mechanical systems. Our vendor network includes OEM, third-party service companies, and FGC technicians placed on-site for expert support.
